We use trusted courier partners for secure delivery, including:

Below is the standard shipping structure (you may adjust prices based on your final business model):


Domestic Shipping (India)

Orders Above ₹2,999

  • Cost: Free

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–6 Business Days

Orders Below ₹2,999

  • Cost: ₹79 – ₹149 (depends on pincode)

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–6 Business Days


International Shipping

Standard International Tracked Shipping

  • Cost: ₹1,500 – ₹3,500 (depends on country)

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–15 Business Days

Express International Shipping

  • Cost: ₹3,500 – ₹6,500

  • Estimated Delivery: 4–7 Business Days


Important Notes

  • Deliveries to remote or high-risk locations may take longer.

  • We cannot ship to Military Bases (APO/FPO) or P.O. Boxes.

  • Perfume is classified as Dangerous Goods, requiring special handling.


Further Details

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed from India during standard business hours (Monday–Friday).

  • Frescielle is closed on weekends and public holidays, so additional processing time may be required for orders placed during these periods.


Tracking

All orders are shipped via a tracked courier service and may require a signature upon delivery.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link directly from the courier.


Delivery Delays

Although we aim to dispatch quickly, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Courier-network delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • International customs clearance

  • Dangerous Goods inspections (for perfumes)

Couriers that may handle Frescielle shipments include Delhivery, Blue Dart, DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS, and their partner networks.


Perfumes Classified as Dangerous Goods

Perfumes contain alcohol and are legally classified as “Dangerous Goods.”
This requires:

  • Additional documentation

  • Extra inspections

  • Customs processing delays (typically 24–72 hours)

If customs requires more information, they may contact Frescielle directly.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Shipments)

Depending on your country’s import laws:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply.

  • These charges are not included in Frescielle’s product price or shipping cost.

  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import fees.
