Cancellations

We hope you are delighted with your Frescielle purchase, but we understand that you may sometimes change your mind.

Please note that cancellation requests are time-sensitive and cannot be guaranteed.

Our fulfilment team processes orders quickly to ensure swift dispatch.
To request a cancellation, please email us at frescielle@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for cancellation

Once we receive your request, we will make every effort to cancel your order.
However, if the order has already been dispatched, the cancellation will be treated as a return following the policy below.


Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Frescielle is happy to offer an exchange, refund, or replacement provided the following conditions are met.

Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Terms to Qualify for a Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • All return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • The shipment must include any free gifts, samples, accessories, and the original packing slip.

  • We only accept returns for orders purchased directly from www.frescielle.com.


Returns Process

To arrange a return, please email frescielle@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Items you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Our customer support team will review your request and provide the return address based on your location (India or international).

Once you ship the items, please email us the tracking details to help us process your return efficiently.


Refund Eligibility

Please note the following:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Frescielle can only accept items that are sealed, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Products that are opened, used, or tampered with cannot be refunded.

  • Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • All related free samples or gifts must be included. Missing gifts will result in their value being deducted from the refund amount.

  • If the product was purchased from another retailer, please refer to their refund policy directly.


Non-Refundable Items

All sample vials, discovery sets, 2 ml samples, and trial kits are final sale and non-refundable.


Damaged or Faulty Products

We are committed to delivering products of the highest quality.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us immediately at frescielle@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Clear images of the product

  • Images of the outer packaging

  • A brief description of the issue
